All items are made to order and are considered final sale. No returns will be accepted. Any modifications to orders should be made prior to initial payment.

We are based in the US, but ship worldwide via UPS. We make it a top priority to ensure that you receive your purchase in a timely manner. KEEP is not responsible for items that are delayed or lost in shipment. KEEP is not responsible for items damaged during shipment. It is up to the buyer to insure their item/s through the designated carrier. Please contact the carrier for more information on lost or delayed items. International customers: Please note that buyers are responsible for all duties and customs charges that may be incurred on international orders. Any orders that are refused based on duties or customs charges will not be reimbursed.
